About Kaitlyn


Kaitlyn focuses her practice adoptions, child welfare - CPS, and custody cases. Kaitlyn has successful experience representing clients in suits affecting the parent-child relationship (“SAPCR”) to include pre-litigation negotiations, termination of parental rights, both voluntary and involuntary, mediations, bench and jury trials. Kaitlyn understands the emotional impact that legal cases involving children have on everyone involved and counsels her clients on realistic expectations in a timely manner. Kaitlyn is an empathetic, client-centered attorney who is passionate about making a positive difference in others’ lives. When not at work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.

Kaitlyn earned her law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Communication. While in law school, Kaitlyn won the ABA Regional Client Counseling Competition, ABA Regional Representation in Mediation Competition, and joined the Order of Barristers. Upon graduating law school, Kaitlyn worked in special education litigation, then practiced CPS prosecution, and now focuses her practice on adoptions, child welfare - CPS, and custody cases.
